We are currently looking for Department Managers to join our store team in Ryhope Road, Sunderland!

We are looking for Customer Service, Replenishment, and Floor Managers to join the team on a permanent basis to support the Store Management team in running the store, ensuring excellent standards for our customers.

All roles are full-time and require flexibility to work shifts during the day, evening, and weekends.

To be successful in any of our management positions, you will need to be results-driven and a team player who thrives in our fast-paced, high-energy environment, where no two days are the same!

As part of our Management team, you will:

  • Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service
  • Lead by example and be a great team player and role model throughout the store
  • Assist the Store Management Team in driving store targets and standards
  • Support the development of colleagues, ensuring understanding of career progression through our ‘Step Up’ programme
  • Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to, providing a safe environment for colleagues and customers
  • Operate and deliver processes that meet all legal requirements
  • Be responsible for reporting and cash office duties where applicable

It is essential that you have:

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • A flexible approach, a ‘can do’ attitude, and the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Proven success in delivering KPIs such as wage costs and shrinkage
  • Strong commercial awareness within retail
  • Great problem-solving skills and decision-making credentials
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills
