Job summary

Mydentist in Coalville is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to drive private option conversions and guide patients through their journey. The role is full-time, with hours 8:30–5:00 or 9:00–5:30, Monday–Friday, plus occasional Saturdays and late evenings.

On-site only, with parking and easy access to local transport. You will attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media and events, support patients through their treatment journey, and work closely with dentists to grow private

Qualifications

• Ability to initiate conversations with prospective customers.
• Proven ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using social platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Organised with ability to prioritise workload and manage KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and conversion rates.
• Support patients through their treatment journey and private options.
