Qualifications

• Valid GDC registration.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor.
• Dental Nurse/Reception/Practice Manager background is helpful.
• Strong communication and empathy in patient care.

• Contributing to practice growth and performance targets.
• Explaining treatment plans in clear, non-clinical language.
• Building rapport and trust with patients.
