Location: Pimlico, London (Pimlico Dental)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible hours)

Salary: Competitive, based on £10 per UDA delivered + 35% split on private fees

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Dental Therapist to join our larger clinical team. With an NHS-permitted performer number, you will receive full clinical support and access to an established patient base, ensuring your books are consistently full.

The Role:

As a Dental Therapist at Pimlico Dental, you will work across both NHS and private care, contributing to a broad range of dental treatments. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality preventative care, hygiene treatments, and scaling & polishing
• Delivering restorative treatments (e.g., fillings) within your scope of practice
• Offering periodontal care and advice to patients
• Taking radiographs and performing other diagnostic procedures
• Providing cosmetic treatments, including whitening
• Supporting and working collaboratively within a larger clinical team

You will also benefit from ring-fenced NHS care, ensuring that your schedule is always busy. All clinicians within the practice have focused areas of care, so there is no overlap, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Valid NHS Performer Number is essential (at least 2 years of practice experience)
• GDC Registration as a Dental Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both as part of a large clinical team and independently
• A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care
• Experience with both NHS and private treatment models is desirable but not essential
