Job summary

Solventum invites applications for a Clinical Advisor in the Dental Solutions business. You will support customers and sales teams with technical expertise and clinically supported education to improve patient outcomes.

The role involves delivering lectures, webinars, hands-on product demonstrations, and collaborations with KOLs at congresses and universities, with travel up to 80% domestic and some international, and requires a dentistry degree and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry/dental related studies.
• Strong product knowledge across the dental solutions product portfolio.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Product demonstration skills including hands-on.
• Strong customer focus, selling skills is a plus.
• Highly motivated, team player and confident communicator.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales teams, including joint activities to prioritized customers when required, ensuring alignment with business priorities and key growth areas.
• Support key customer penetration (KA, DSO) through technical / clinical expertise and education.
• Deliver education to dental professionals on the safe and effective use of Solventum products during Solventum events in lectures, webinars and hands-on.
• Organize and support educational activities with KOLs.
• Support educational activities driven by third‑party organizations.
• Represent Solventum at congresses, summits, dental academies, universities, and associations.
• Provide constant development of the sales team’s product knowledge, including NPIs.
• Support with product trainings for new hires following the Training & Education curriculum.
