Dentopedia Group is seeking a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from initial enquiry through consultation to treatment acceptance, ensuring they feel informed and confident. This is a patient-facing, target-driven role in a growing private dental group, offering a base of £13 per hour with commission on treatment plan sales and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Receptionist or similar patient-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-clinical consultations with patients
• Explain treatment options, fees, and finance solutions
• Support conversion of enquiries into booked consultations
• Follow up treatment plans to maximise acceptance
• Build rapport and trust with patients
• Coordinate treatment journeys with dentists and nurses
• Track conversion rates and report on results
• Manage patient communication by phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Ensure records and consent documents are accurate
• Support diary management and clinic revenue growth
