Job summary

Dentalcare Berinsfield is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team. The role is 40 hours per week with a negotiable salary dependent on experience and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

We offer training on our systems, support for career progression, and excellent facilities as part of a recently refurbished practice. Up to 28 days holiday and Investors in People accreditation are included. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dental receptionist or front of house in a clinical setting.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling patient data.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries.
• Manage front desk operations and keep reception organised.
• Maintain accurate records and perform general admin tasks.
• Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries.
• Liaise with staff, residents, families and external professionals.
• Follow company policies and protect confidentiality.
• Support team with administrative duties as needed.
• Prioritise workload during busy periods.
