mydentist Worcester is hiring a Receptionist to help ensure patients always receive the best possible care. You’ll optimise diary appointments and support the efficient running of the practice as part of a friendly, experienced team.

This 40-hour per week role (Mon–Fri) is based at the Worcester practice with parking nearby. We offer 25 days holidays with service, health and wellbeing benefits, discounts, and training through our Academy to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Phone and front-desk customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to manage appointments and support team coordination.

• As a Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our patients always receive the best quality patient experience.
• Through optimising diary appointments, you book you will be supporting the efficient and effective running of the practice.
