Hertford Dental Care in Hertford is seeking a Receptionist to join the welcoming front desk team. The role focuses on delivering great patient service, phone handling, and appointment bookings in a busy dental practice.

12 Months Fix Term Contract with an hourly rate of £13. Typical shifts are Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm (with some variation). The team is close-knit and dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-of-house duties
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Provide excellent patient service and build relationships with patients and staff
