Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners are seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join North Hill Dental, a private practice in South Colchester. This full-time, permanent role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:45 PM schedule and a supportive team environment committed to excellent patient care.

You will manage front-d desk tasks, handle patient enquiries, schedule appointments in Dentally, and process payments following the practice policies. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Dental Receptionist experience in private or mixed practice.
• Front of house or healthcare admin experience acceptable.
• Experience with Dentally software is preferred.
• Ensure CQC requirements are met.
• Strong patient care and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality reception and administration to support patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer calls and handle patient inquiries positively and efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage the diaries using Dentally.
• Record patient payments and pursue debts per the practice policy.
