Dentality @ Hoddesdon is looking to recruit a bright and bubbly team member to work alongside an outstanding clinical team. The right candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, be organized with administrative duties, and possess ethics and values that align with those of our practice and the supporting clinical team.

As a member of this dynamic team, you will be required to assist in all aspects of the reception and administration of the practice, including but not limited to:

1. Meet and greet all patients who attend the practice in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Book patient appointments.
3. Take and record payments.
4. Answer telephone and email enquiries.
5. Supply sundries to patients as prescribed by the clinical team.
6. Perform general administrative duties to support the running of the practice.
7. Assist the management team with practice compliance related to their roles.
8. File and organize patient records.
9. Communicate with laboratories and clinicians to streamline the patient journey.

Experience: Required

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible hours offered Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

Salary: £12.50 – £15 hourly
