Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist at our well-established specialist orthodontic practice, Portman Smile Clinic in Bicester.

Portman Smile Clinic is situated in the very heart of the town centre of Bicester, conveniently located in the middle of both Bicester Village and Bicester North train stations. There are also numerous bus stops and a wide variety of local shops and amenities on our doorstep.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Typical Shifts: Mon: 08:15-17:15, Tues: 08:15-17:15, Weds: 08:15-17:15, Thurs: 09:30-18:30, Fri: 08:15-17:15

About You

We welcome your application if you have the following skills and experience:

• Proven front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although not essential)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues, and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
• Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, with high standards of care
