Job summary

Riverdale Healthcare is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist for Lion House at 6 Pottergate, Richmond DL10 4AB. This full-time role covers front desk duties, patient check-in, appointment scheduling and reception in a busy dental practice.

You’ll bring receptionist experience and a passion for customer care; GCSEs in maths/English or equivalent are desirable. We offer 21 days leave, pension, and a refer-a-friend bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist, ideally in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle patients with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the front desk in a busy dental practice.

Position: Full-time

Schedule: Mon - Thurs 08:15 - 17:30 / 60-minute break & Fri - 08:15 - 16:15 / 45 min break

Salary: £12.77 ph.
