Job summary

Bupa Dental Care in Pershore, Worcestershire, is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth. This on-site role involves managing a team of 7–15, recruiting staff, and delivering income targets while upholding high patient care standards.

The position requires strong leadership, communications, and knowledge of CQC guidelines. You will collaborate across departments to maximise revenue and ensure compliant practice operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a dental practice or similar healthcare operation.
• Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Proven ability to monitor and deliver income targets of the practice.
• Knowledge of CQC and relevant legislative guidelines.
• Strong recruitment and staff selection experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering industry leading patient care in your practice.
• Review, monitor and plan to ensure delivery of income targets of the practice (including recruitment, marketing, diary book management, patient recalls, take up and treatment plans).
• Ability to motivate, lead and engage a team of 7-15 colleagues.
• Collaborating and influencing conversations to drive forward business priorities.
• Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers.
• Ensure the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines as the CQC registered manager.
• Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff.
• Utilise Bupa products and services to maximise revenue.
• Communicate via emails/telephone/Microsoft Teams.
