Practice Manager – King’s Lynn (PE30 1LT) Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established 4-surgery dental practice

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our thriving dental practice. If you have a proven track record of success, excellent references, and strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing practice team

Plan and drive income targets for the practice

Focus on marketing activities to increase patient numbers

Manage recruitment and selection for all practice staff

Foster effective communication, including organising practice meetings to maintain a positive working environment

Address difficult conversations promptly and manage issues as they arise

Deliver or source staff training and development

Ensure compliance with CQC outcomes and all relevant legislative standards

Manage and resolve patient complaints efficiently

Position Details:

Full-time role (working pattern to be discussed at interview – typically Monday to Friday, with some flexibility to work Saturdays)

Salary dependent on experience
