Looking for a full-time Practice Manager in Liverpool? This well-established and friendly dental practice offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum DOE, plus a Practice Performance Bonus. ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with the practice, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations, team management, and business growth.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing all operational activities and patient journeys
2. Ensuring performance and clinical compliance
3. Driving business development and growth
4. Leading and motivating staff, conducting appraisals, and managing performance
5. Working towards KPIs and targets, managing Profit and Loss
6. Holding or willing to obtain CQC registration, including DBS checks
