Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) in Warrington is offering an Apprentice Dental Nurse position. No prior dental experience is required as full training, mentoring, and support will be provided throughout your development in a friendly private practice environment.

You will work closely with qualified dental professionals, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of dental nursing and have opportunities to progress to Orthodontics, Radiography, and management roles.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at grade A-C (4-9) or equivalent.
• No previous dental experience required; full training provided.
• Mentoring and support throughout development.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a range of dental treatments and procedures.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and reassured throughout their visit.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment/materials are ready for use.
• Clean, sterilise, and maintain instruments per infection control standards.
• Follow health, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
• Support patients with pre- and post-treatment guidance.
• Accurately update patient records using computer systems.
• Help manage appointment flow and assist with basic admin duties.
