Qualifications

• GCSEs Maths and English (A-C or 4-9) or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists dentists and clinicians during a range of dental treatments and procedures.
• Ensures patients feel comfortable, informed, and reassured throughout their visit.
• Prepares treatment rooms and ensures equipment/materials are ready.
• Cleans, sterilises, and maintains instruments per infection-control standards.
• Follows health, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
• Supports patients with pre- and post-treatment guidance.
• Updates patient records using computer systems.
• Helps manage appointment flow and supports practice operations.
• Assists with basic administrative duties as required.
