Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during all clinical procedures.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and cross infection policies.
• Assist with procedures including fillings, root canal, crowns and extractions.
• Assist with minor oral surgery assessments.
• Support the hygienist with scale, polish and oral health promotion.
• Record notes, medical history, and radiographs.
• Reception duties: answer calls, greet patients, book appointments.
• Dispose of clinical and domestic waste correctly.
• Prepare patients and equipment for X-rays.
