Rodericks Dental Partners Group is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse for Worcester Dental, at 24 London Road, Worcester. This 16 hours per week role (Mon & Thu, 9am–6pm) offers hands-on chairside support, high standards of infection control, and a chance to grow within a clinically led practice that values patient care.

You will assist dentists, prepare instruments, maintain records, and help create a welcoming environment for patients.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dental nurse with current registration.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment including procedures with blood/surgical treatments.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
• Promote oral health and advise patients on care products.
• Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visitMaintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team
