Job summary

West Park Dental Brighouse is seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse to support dentists across a range of clinical procedures. You will prepare and maintain instruments, ensure strict infection control, and help deliver a high standard of patient care in a busy practice within the Rodericks network.

The role offers 30.45 hours per week in a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development, uniform provided, and DBS/GDC related benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable in a clinical environment, including procedures with blood or surgery

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team
