Job summary

College Dental Surgeries, owned by the Envisage Dental Group, is seeking a GDC-registered Dental Nurse for a Monday to Wednesday role in Maidstone. You will work chairside across implants and orthodontics, as well as general dentistry, within a friendly, private-practice team.

The successful candidate will have strong chairside experience or be on a pathway toward qualification, and will contribute to a patient-centered experience with flexible support during holidays or sickness.

Qualifications

• GDC-registered dental nurse or working toward qualification.
• Experience with implants, fixed appliances, or aligners is advantageous.
• Private dentistry experience is beneficial and a pride-in-work attitude is valued.

Responsibilities

• Chairside nursing and decontamination across surgeries.
• Support across multiple surgeries and provide a warm, professional patient experience.
• Occasionally assist reception during holidays or sickness.

College Dental Surgeries has been caring for patients across Maidstone and the surrounding areas for over 150 years. We are a well-established six-surgery private practice with a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-focused dentistry.

We're looking for a Dental Nurse to join our close-knit team, working Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am-5:30pm.

The role

You'll mainly work alongside Nicholas, focusing on implants and orthodontics, alongside general dentistry. Experience or an interest in implants, fixed orthodontics and aligners would be a real advantage.

Your role will include chairside nursing, decontamination, supporting across surgeries and providing a warm, professional experience for every patient. You may also occasionally support reception during holidays or sickness, so being flexible and team-focused is important.

About you

We're looking for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse, or someone with significant chairside experience who is currently registered with a course provider and working towards their qualification.

Private dentistry experience would be beneficial, as would experience or an interest in implants, orthodontics, fixed appliances or aligners. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and has a genuine interest in patient care.

We're also happy to consider a self-funded trainee with strong chairside experience and the right attitude.
