Job summary

National Dentex Laboratories seeks a Dental Lab Technician Technical Advisor in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role requires ACTIVE CDT and focuses on advising dentists, product recommendations, and design evaluations. Regular hours 8:00 a.m.

– 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K, paid holidays, vacation and tuition reimbursement. Sign-on bonus and relocation are possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years+ practical experience in Crown & Bridge, Removables and Implants restorations.
• CDT certification is required.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM & IOS preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with dentists.
• Intermediate computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers.
• Counsel and advise Dentists on products, treatment plans and designs.
• Provide accurate product, turnaround time, and case evaluation guidance to dentists.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure case resolutions.
• Occasional hands‑on restorations detailing for corrections.
• Outbound/inbound calls or emails pertaining to cases, estimates, or consultations.
• Support sales/marketing in promoting policies and products.
• Commit to continuous education on new dental products and fabrication techniques.
• Document all customer interactions using the company software.
