Lab94 are seeking new team members to support the day-to-day running of our busy dental laboratory in Wales. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate work and excellent customer service to dental practices.

The role suits people with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Full time or part time options may be considered for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service when liaising with practices.

Responsibilities

• Help manage workflow in and out of the lab.
• Liaise with dental practices, dentists and suppliers by phone, email and online.
• Assist with ordering and monitoring materials.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with marketing.
