Job summary

A leading dental manufacturer is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Scotland. This role offers a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000, plus a £10,000 OTE performance bonus. The successful candidate will drive growth through new business development and account management across dental practices. Key requirements include a minimum of 3 years in dental field sales and strong relationship-building skills. Occasional travel is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in dental field sales.
• Strong understanding of the dental implant or dental device market.
• Proven ability to grow a territory and build long-term customer relationships.
• Confident presenting technical information to clinicians and dental professionals.
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and territory planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities whilst maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Building strong partnerships with dental practices, hospitals, and dental schools.
• Delivering product presentations, clinical discussions, and technical demonstrations.
• Attending national trade shows and exhibitions as required.
• Implementing regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
