Job summary

NHS Highland's Public Dental Services in Inverness is seeking a Dental Clinic Administrator for a full-time role (36 hours per week) to be worked Monday to Friday. Working hours will be discussed at interview or on request.

The ideal candidate will have reception experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritise workload. A driving licence and willingness to work at other dental locations within the Public Dental Service are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist and face-to-face contact with the public.

• Full current driving license and use of a car for work purposes.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dental Clinic Administrator to join our Public Dental Services in Inverness Dental Centre. This is a full time position 36 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday - specific around working hours of each day to be discussed at interview or on request.

Experience of working as a receptionist, face to face contact with the public and working as part of a team are essential. Candidate must have excellent organisational and communication skills and able to prioritise workload and meet the demands of the department.

Experience of working in NHS Healthcare and/or Dental Services is desirable along with a full current driving license and use of a car for work purposes/desirable. You will also be required to work in other dental locations within the Public Dental Service.
