Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Dental Clinic Administrator to join the Public Dental Service at Ian Charles Dental Clinic, Grantown and Aviemore Dental Clinic, Badenoch & Strathspey Community Hospital. The post is 32 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, with duties including reception, front-desk customer service and coordinating appointments.

Experience as a receptionist, face-to-face contact with the public, and ability to work in a team are essential.

The post is for a Dental Clinic Administrator, 32 hours per week, Tuesday – Friday.

Experience of working as a receptionist, face to face contact with the public and working as part of a team is essential.

Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills are key to this post.

Experience of working in the NHS and/or Dental Services is desirable.

A full current driving licence and use of a car for work purposes is preferred as the candidate will be required to be flexible and work in other locations when required.
