Job summary

MediCruit in Glasgow is seeking a fully qualified Dental Associate to cover maternity leave at a mixed practice. The role starts February 2027 and runs for 9–12 months, with 4–5 days per week. Pay is a 50% split, or a locum day rate of 500–550 per day.

The practice has 3 surgeries, uses SOE software, and plans to transfer about 3200 active patients. On-site parking and good public transport access are available.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified dentist with GDC registration and UK practice experience.
• Experience in mixed NHS/private settings preferred.
• Competence with digital x-rays and computerised practice systems.

Responsibilities

• Cover maternity leave as dental associate in a mixed practice.
• Provide high-quality patient care across 3 surgeries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and radiographs using SOE.
