Ashby Fields Dental Centre in Warwick is seeking a confident Associate Dentist to cover maternity leave in our busy six-surgery mixed practice.

Two days per week: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm, start mid‑September 2026 for a 1‑year term, with a 50/50 gross income split between NHS exempt and private dentistry.

Maternity Cover Associate Dentist Opportunity

Busy six-surgery mixed dental practice | Two days per week | From mid-September 2026

We are looking for a confident and motivated Associate Dentist to provide maternity cover within our busy, well-established six-surgery mixed practice from mid-September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a modern practice offering a strong mix of NHS exempt and private dentistry.

Role Details Position: Maternity Cover Associate Dentist Start date: Mid-September 2026 Term: 1 year Days: Tuesday and Thursday Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break Contract: Private and NHS exempt only Remuneration: 50/50 split on gross income. About the Practice Our practice is located in a pleasant local precinct alongside other shops, a GP surgery and a chemist, with free all day parking available for clinicians and patients. The practice is fully equipped with digital X-rays, Clinipads, EXACT SOE software, an intraoral TRIOS & Medit scanners, supporting efficient, high-quality patient care.

Treatments and Services We provide a broad range of treatments, including general dentistry, simple fixed orthodontic cases, Invisalign, implants, smile design and teeth whitening. This role would suit a dentist who enjoys delivering high standards of care in a varied and welcoming clinical environment.

Supportive Team You will be supported by a full team of long-standing staff, together with an Area Manager, Practice Manager and an on-site Principal Dentist. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, professional and collaborative working environment.
