MBR Dental Recruitment is assisting a Gorbals-based practice in Glasgow to recruit an Associate Dentist on a fixed-term maternity cover.

The role offers 4–5 days per week, 8.30–4.45pm, with a mix of NHS and Private cases and a 50% revenue split. Mentorship and CPD access are available within the group.

Ideal for a GDC-registered dentist with an active list number and a Disclosure certificate, who can start February 2027 and commit for 6–12 months.

Associate Dentist / Gorbals, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire / Maternity Cover

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Gorbals, Glasgow to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a fixed term basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available from February 2027.
• Ongoing for 6-12 months.
• Full or part-time position, 4-5 days per week.
• Surgery space Mon to Thurs 8.30-4.45pm and Fri 8.30-4.45pm.
• Position is available to cover maternity.
• Independently owned dental group.

Earnings and Remuneration:

• Very established patient list.
• Practice can offer a 50% split on revenue.
• Mix of NHS & Private.
• Associates will have full clinical freedom over diaries and materials.
• Mentorship and shadowing opportunities in Implants, Invisalign, Cosmetic Dentistry, Facial Aesthetics, and Endodontics from industry experts across the group.
• Access to annual CPD events plus Dental Tubules CPD membership.
• Typical earnings of £80,000-£150,000 per year.
