Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the Demolition Division, taking ownership from planning through to completion. You will ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget while supporting site teams and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Formación

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of demolition projects and site teams.
• Producing and reviewing risk assessments, safe systems of work, method statements, and project-specific health and safety documentation.
• Leading health and safety briefings and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Managing, motivating, and developing Site Supervisors and Operatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure successful delivery against programme and budget.
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and induction of site personnel.
• Proactively resolving operational challenges and project issues.
• Overseeing project administration and compliance documentation.
• Reviewing and approving timesheets and managing employee attendance.
