Lainston House, a luxury country house hotel in Hampshire, is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. You will work under senior chefs, producing dishes to the highest standards and contributing to our on-site garden's seasonal produce.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen.
• Strong culinary foundation and good kitchen operations knowledge.
• Passion for seasonal ingredients and hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of your kitchen section.
• Prepare and present dishes to high standards of quality and consistency.
• Assist with mise en place, service and daily operations.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance.
• Support stock control and minimise food waste.
• Work with the brigade to deliver smooth service.
• Coach and support Commis Chefs and junior team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section.
• Contribute ideas to continually enhance the guest dining experience.
