Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in a prestigious 5* hotel or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong time-management and customer focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth running of your section and provide support to the Chef De Partie and team.
• Assist with stock planning, forecasting, ordering, and rotation.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in all areas.
• Support with organisation and labelling of stored food.
