Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie in London (NW1). Join a busy culinary team at a prestigious client site, handling fresh food prep, high-volume production and kitchen operations to support the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, food safety, and teamwork, under the guidance of senior staff. Flexible shifts and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience with fresh food preparation and high-volume cooking.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• Strong HACCP knowledge and food safety experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate well.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh food to a high standard.
• Support high-volume production and service.
• Set up and maintain your section for service.
• Follow recipes and production guidelines.
• Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Keep area clean, stocked and organized.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations as needed.
