Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Specialist Support Worker (Dementia) in Sunderland. The role requires an NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Health and Social Care and a minimum of six months’ experience in a dementia setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience in a Dementia care setting.
