In this role you will inspire a multi-disciplinary team, build trust with families, and continuously improve dementia services to deliver outstanding resident experiences and staff pride.

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
• History of GOOD CIW reports.
• In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements.
