Job summary

Creative Support in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a warm, reliable Support Worker to join our team across two services. You will provide personal care, assist with activities, and support social engagement for older people with dementia and memory impairment.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience is required.
• Full training provided by Creative Support Training Academy.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and administer medication.
• Encourage engagement in social activities at day centre and hub.
• Develop warm, trusting relationships with service users and families.
• Drive a 12-seat mini bus to local amenities.
• Support individuals with limited mobility.
