Job summary

Creative Support Ltd in Bolton is seeking warm, reliable Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services in Astley Bridge, Horwich, Breightmet and Tonge Fold. We provide person-centred care to enable people with learning disabilities to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.

You will assist with personal care and daily activities at home and in the community, supporting choices and independence. A clean UK driving licence is essential as some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Clean, valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Full-Time/Part-Time

We are seeking warm, reliable and committed Support Workers to join the team at our Supported Living Services in Astley Bridge, Horwich, Breightmet and Tonge Fold, Bolton. We provide person-centred care and support to enable people with a learning disability to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.

The role will involve providing personal care and personalized support, helping to improve health and wellbeing, develop their quality of life and independence. You will support individuals with activities both in their home and in Bolton’s wider community, helping to build connections and relationships. You will enable individuals to make choices, have control over their lives and enjoy opportunities for personal development.
