Elite have exclusively partnered with growing fragrance group, seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join the team on a 6 month FTC.

Role Overview

The Demand Planning Manager will lead forecasting efforts across global markets to ensure accurate demand projections, optimised inventory, and seamless collaboration across commercial and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process across global markets, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop, maintain, and improve statistical forecasting models using historical data and market intelligence.
• Facilitate monthly demand review meetings and drive consensus forecasting.
• Monitor and analyse forecast accuracy and bias; recommend corrective actions to continuously improve forecast performance.
• Provide demand insights to support supply planning, production, and procurement decisions.
• Manage product lifecycle forecasting including new launches, promotions, and discontinuations.
• Coordinate closely with commercial teams to capture market trends, seasonality, and brand performance.
• Partner with IT and data teams to enhance demand planning tools and systems.
• Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and participate in cross-functional planning cycles.

Requirements

• 5+ years in demand planning, preferably in fragrance, beauty, or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, calculations in pivot tables) and preferably with knowledge of Power Query.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for the fragrance industry and market trends.
