ORDO is a fast-growing UK brand redefining affordable oral care. We seek a Demand Planning Manager to build and own our global demand plan across retailers and channels. You will own SKU-level forecasts, align Sales, Marketing and Finance, and drive stock availability while optimizing cash flow.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain analysis in FMCG/retail.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; able to build SKU-level forecast models.
• Strong understanding of inventory concepts, safety stock, forecast accuracy, and working capital.
• Experience forecasting promotions and new product launches across multiple retailers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead monthly/ongoing demand planning across retailers, channels and territories.
• Turn inputs from Sales, Marketing and Finance into a single, defendable forecast.
• Link EPOS sell-out with sell-in to forecast real consumer demand.
• Plan promotions, launches, and peak periods to avoid stockouts.
• Translate forecast into purchasing and inventory decisions.
• Drive forecast accuracy and bias tracking by SKU and channel.
