Job summary

Better Placed is seeking experienced Demand Planners for our Group Supply Chain team in the West Midlands. These interim and fixed-term contracts offer an immediate impact within a large, multi-site retail operation.

The role requires strong systems experience and the ability to hit the ground running. Ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in Demand Planning and forecasting, with familiarity in Blue Yonder and RELEX, and a solid grasp of forecasting methods, stock availability and demand

Demand Planning opportunities – Contract and Interim

I'm currently recruiting for experienced Demand Planners to join the Group Supply Chain team of a large, multi-site retail business.

There are opportunities available on an Interim and Fixed-Term Contract basis, offering the chance to make an immediate impact within a sizeable and complex retail supply chain operation.

We're particularly interested in planners with strong systems experience and the ability to hit the ground running.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong experience in Demand Planning, forecasting or replenishment within retail or a multi-site environment.
• Hands-on experience using Blue Yonder and/or RELEX – essential.
• A good understanding of forecasting methodologies, stock availability and demand trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and deliver within a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence working with wider Group Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
