Qualifications

Job description

We're Beauty Pie, the world's first luxury beauty and wellness buyers' club, disrupting the industry by offering members access to high-quality products from leading labs worldwide, without traditional markups.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing a diverse SKU portfolio, including NPD and EPD.
  • Convert member and customer data into regional SKU forecasts using Anaplan.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy by collaborating with Finance, NPD, Growth, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop launch forecasts with NPD, considering demand and cannibalization.
  • Support the assessment of promotional impacts on demand forecasts.
  • Contribute to the monthly IBP S&OP process, ensuring consensus and risk management.
  • Identify forecast risks and develop mitigation strategies with relevant teams.
  • Build forecasts for new regions and markets as the business expands.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Align inventory and service levels with Supply Planning.
  • Identify slow-moving stock and collaborate on clearance plans.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and demand planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus.
  • Understanding of forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attention to data accuracy and forecast modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
  • Familiarity with S&OP processes is desirable.
