As our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of executing the marketing plan for our UKI and MNC markets. Your role is to ensure that we engage in the right activities that will create awareness and generate qualified leads for the Sales team.

You’ll be responsible for deploying local campaigns that will ensure we generate demand from our core UKI and MNC markets. You will collaborate closely with marketing specialists for digital advertising, web and event/webinars, design, and email to ensure your campaigns hit their mark. You’ll also work closely with Marketing Operations to report and optimise success.

You’ll be used to turning around campaigns at pace and working closely with events, design and digital teams to meet tight production deadlines and lead-generation targets.

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns for the UKI and Global markets.
  • Collaborate with digital advertising, web, event/webinar, design, and email marketing specialists to create and implement effective campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and strategies.
  • Analyse campaign performance with help from Marketing Operations, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our demand generation efforts.
  • As well as knowing your way around marketing automation software you’ll be able to work with our incredible subject-matter experts to craft copy for ads, emails, videos and web that articulates our messages and converts views to leads.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in demand generation or a similar marketing role.
  • Experience in taking complete ownership of a demand generation function
  • A background of crafting and delivering global marketing campaigns, showcasing effective collaboration with events managers, design teams, and the wider marketing department
  • Proven experience in reviewing and incrementally improving demand generation processes
  • We’re looking for someone with proven marketing campaign experience who is familiar with Pardot or similar MAT.
  • You’ll be ensuring that each activity is tracked and measured within a campaign structure on Salesforce and Pardot, so relevant CRM experience is also a must.
  • HR tech experience is a big plus
  • While not essential, exposure to marketing to enterprise clients (1000 employees plus) is highly beneficial
