Essex Integrated Care Board is seeking a Delivery Unit Manager to coordinate priority programmes, monitor performance and drive delivery momentum across health and care priorities.

You will analyse complex data, support governance, and develop consistent approaches to programme management while collaborating with NHS partners and local authorities. The role offers a hybrid working model to support flexible delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programme, project or transformation management within the NHS or similar.
• Educated to Master’s level or equivalent; project management qualification desirable.
• Strong analytical, governance and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate priority programmes, monitor performance and manage risks and issues.
• Produce high-quality reports and assurance documentation for executive oversight.
