British Business Bank PLC is seeking a Transformation and Delivery Manager in the Change & Innovation team to lead business and technology transformation for BBB’s Investments portfolio. The role requires collaboration across product, operations, data and technology, with attendance at the office 2 days per week in Sheffield or London.

You will combine delivery management and product ownership practices to guide initiatives from idea through to completion, defining outcomes and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in product, project or delivery management.
• Ability to define outcomes and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid) and governance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and technology transformation for BBB Investments portfolio.
• Co-ordinate schedules, dependencies and milestones to deliver work on time and to required quality.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and steering groups; maintain product backlogs.
