Job summary

Evri Hartlepool Delivery Unit is hiring a Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1. Based in Hartlepool, you’ll arrive as a friendly guide who supports onboarding, app setup, and first deliveries.

You’ll welcome couriers, demonstrate how to use the courier app, show scanning and loading procedures, and introduce key local contacts such as the EVRi Business Partner and Territory Manager. This role is hands-on and people-focused.

Qualifications

• You don’t need courier experience if you have the right attitude and confidence with people.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Local to Hartlepool or able to travel there easily.
• Confident using smartphones and apps.
• Friendly, patient and clear when explaining things.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new self-employed couriers when they arrive at the Delivery Unit.
• Help them set up and use the courier delivery app.

We’re hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer's at our Hartlepool Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.

This role is ideal if you’re local to Hartlepool , confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.

Pay: £30000 plus benefits
Location: Hartlepool
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027
Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.
