Evri Group in Sutton is seeking a Delivery Team Trainer to support new, self-employed couriers from Day 1. This fixed-term, full-time position focuses on local onboarding, app setup, and practical coaching to help couriers become confident, productive from the start.
You will welcome couriers, guide them through the courier app, and connect them with local contacts like the EVRi Business Partner and Territory Manager. No courier experience required if you have the right attitude.

We’re hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer's at our Sutton Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.
This role is ideal if you’re local to Sutton , confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.
Pay: £ 28000 plus benefits Location: Sutton
Hours: F ull-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027 Contract: Fixed term , full time contracts .
