Evri Group is seeking a Delivery Team Trainer to support new self-employed couriers at the Loughborough Delivery Unit. The role focuses on helping couriers get started, using the courier app, and mastering scan, load and delivery procedures.

We’re hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer’s at our Loughborough Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.
This role is ideal if you’re local to Loughborough, confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.
Pay: £28000-£32000 plus benefits
Location: Measham/Melton
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027
Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.
