Job summary

Evri Group is hiring a Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer to support new self-employed couriers at the Glen and Rosyth Delivery Units. You will help couriers get started, set up the courier app, and guide them through their first deliveries.

The role is local to Glen or Rosyth, or able to travel there easily, with full-time hours over seven days and an immediate start through January 2027. Salary £28,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• You don’t need courier experience if you have the right attitude and confidence with people.
• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is helpful.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or delivery environments is relevant.
• Training, coaching, mentoring or team support experience is valued.
• Ability to help people use apps, phones or workplace systems.
• Local part-time work where reliability matters could suit you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new self-employed couriers when they arrive at the Delivery Unit.
• Help them set up and use the courier delivery app.
• Show them how to scan, load and prepare for their first deliveries.
• Introduce them to key local contacts, including the EVRi Business Partner and Territory Manager.
• Support Day 1 onboarding and answer practical questions.
• Help organise a manageable first parcel load so new couriers can build confidence.
• Act as a positive coach and support person during the onboarding experience.

Delivery Team Trainer - Glen and Rosyth

Help new Evri couriers get started with local support!

We're hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer's at our Glen and Rosyth Delivery Units to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.

This role is ideal if you're local to Glen / Rosyth, confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.

Pay: £28000 plus benefits
Location: Glen and Rosyth
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027
Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.

What you'll do as a Delivery Team Trainer

You’ll need to be:

• Confident using smartphones and apps.
• Friendly, patient and clear when explaining things.
• Organised and able to support more than one person at a time.
• Reliable and able to attend the Delivery Unit at agreed times.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Local to Kings Norton or able to travel there easily.
