Responsibilities

• Ensure the Delivered Department complies with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate management information effectively to relevant team members.
• Maintain a safe working environment, reporting health and safety concerns.
• Promote and uphold the brand image through product knowledge and customer service.
• Support the delivery manager in vehicle maintenance and legal compliance.
• Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Experience supervising a small to medium-sized team in warehouse or transport.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Management CPC is advantageous.
